Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate.
Shipping Timeframe and Inventory
We are currently expanding our global inventory. Delivery times depend on local stock availability:

USA and Canada (In-Stock): Delivered within 1 week.

USA and Canada (Restocking/Backorder): Delivered within 2–4 weeks.

Europe (EU) and Australia: Delivered within 2–4 weeks. (Local EU inventory is currently in progress).
Note: If an item is in stock at your local warehouse, it will ship immediately. If local stock is unavailable, your order will be fulfilled via our global logistics network to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. For deliveries to regions not listed, please contact us at support@dripana.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability and shipping rates.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You may choose standard home delivery or, where available, pickup at a local UPS Store during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.
Packaging and Discretion
We prioritize your privacy. All products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure complete discretion. There are no mentions of Dripana or the nature of the contents on the outer box, and we use a neutral return address.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Free shipping may be available for eligible orders or during specific promotions.
Order Support
If you have not received your order within 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window provided above, please contact us at support@dripana.com so we can investigate the status with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged and its usability is affected, we will provide a replacement unit after verification. Please email support@dripana.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Photos of the damage (including the outer box, the shipping label, and the product)

Recipient information (name and exact time of delivery)
Important: Please keep all original packaging materials and the damaged item until the case is fully resolved.
