Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across the United States and Canada.
For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
You may choose home delivery or pickup at your nearest UPS Store during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within North America.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service schedules.

Packaging and Discretion

All products are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes to ensure complete privacy and security.
There are no visible references to Dripana or the nature of the contents on the packaging.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.
Free shipping may be available for eligible orders and promotions.

Order Tracking and Support

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at support@dripana.com
so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your doll arrives damaged and the issue affects its usability, please email the following information to support@dripana.com

  • Tracking number
  • Photos of the damage — including the outer box, shipping label, and the damaged product
  • Recipient’s delivery information (including delivery time and recipient name)

Once verified, we will immediately send you a replacement unit.
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item until the case is fully resolved.
